proviel GmbH, headquartered in the Milky Way, is a workshop for people with disabilities that is recognized as a nonprofit organization and is accredited by the tax authorities. The sole shareholder of proviel GmbH is forum e. V., which is also a nonprofit organization.
As the organizer of the Train2be program for long-term unemployed individuals who are distant from the labor market and as a workshop for people with mental disabilities, we provide all employees with conditions that enable them to engage in regular work. Thanks to vocational rehabilitation, intensive vocational training, well-organized workflows and processes, as well as a robust infrastructure and complementary support services, we are able to structure work in such a way that people with mental health conditions can make their personal contribution to society and, in doing so, find both recognition and a sense of purpose. This gives rise to highly qualified, multidisciplinary teams that support one another to achieve the best possible work results.
